Mike Lorenz Polino, Owner of Lorenz said, “We wanted our current Branson HVAC customers to not fear an ownership transition and a name change at the same time. In the last year, we’ve learned about the market, fine-tuned processes, expanded HVAC product offerings, and worked to get the right technicians and team members in place to continue to build a loyal customer base”.
